Cancellation Policy
Dear valued client,
At Amileas Aesthetics & Barbering, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a solo provider, I kindly ask that all clients respect the following policies to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
This deposit will be applied toward your total service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment.
Appointments changed or canceled within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.
Your deposit will be applied toward this fee.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service total.
If the deposit does not cover 50%, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
Late Policy
A 5-minute grace period is provided.
• After 5 minutes: your appointment time may be shortened to avoid disrupting the schedule
• After 15 minutes: your appointment will be considered a no-show and canceled
In this case, the 50% service fee will be applied as outlined above.
Additional Policy Notes
• Cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment or result in loss of booking privileges
